In this interview we speak with Jared Henderson, a real estate investor and Enterprise Sales Manager at Building Stack, a property management software designed for Canadian landlords. Henderson first began investing in real estate in 2012 in Niagara Falls, and has since built his portfolio in multiple markets, including St. Catharines, Orillia, Windsor, and Hamilton. Based in Montreal, he currently focuses on duplex conversions in Peterborough and multi-unit properties in Hamilton.
